Happy Friday morning to you. First a word on the Utah-BYU controversy, some are blaming Utah for passing along to BYU the possibility of an NCAA violation by one of its athletes. Utah did nothing wrong in that action, it is common practice and seen as a courtesy between schools to alert one another if there is even a whiff that NCAA rules are being broken so the situation can be handled properly by the school involved as BYU evidently did by leveling a suspension. The passing of information from one school to another had nothing to do with the rivalry and everything to do with standard practice. - Lya Wodraska
