To hear the writers of the "Anglophenia" blog tell it, people in Salt Lake City love British stuff so much, they practically drive on the left side of the street. (Insert "bad Utah drivers" joke here.)
The blog, which appears on BBC America's website, this week posted "10 British Things About Salt Lake City" a compendium of places and groups that will make you feel like hoisting the Union Jack.
There are shops, like London Market, Edinburgh Castle and The King's English. There are events, such as the Utah Shakespeare Festival (OK, so it's Cedar City, but whatever) and the Utah Film Center (which shows British movies a lot). And there is the Salt Lake County Cricket Union, where locals play that odd little game with the wickets.
