Utah Technology Council honors tech giants

The Utah Technology Council will hold its 15th Annual Hall of Fame Celebration honoring those with Utah ties who have made significant contributions to the technology industry.

The event and fundraiser will be held Oct. 11 at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City at 6 p.m. The keynote speaker will be Shantanu Narayan, president and CEO of Adobe Inc.

This year's inductees include David R. Bradford, executive chairman of South Jordan-based Hirevue, which develops video-conferencing techniques for interviewing; and John M. Matsen III and Carl R. Kjeldsberg, co-founders of ARUP Laboratories, a pathology lab at the University of Utah.
