A Utah woman is hoping to get her laundry bags on the digital shelves of Walmart.com, but she needs votes to do so.
Cathy George of West Point is one of 20 finalists in Walmart.com's Get on the Shelf contest. Her products, called Socksacs, are small, brightly colored mesh laundry bags that kids can use to store dirty socks in and then throw in the washer.
The bag, which is coated so it can be washed in high temperatures or bleached, zips and snaps closed, George says during a three-minute video online. Click here to view the video. George starts at about 7½ minutes in.
The videos show each Tuesday and viewers have 72 hours to vote for their favorite product that week. Winners will have their products sold at walmart.com and potentially in Walmart stores.
Voters can click here to cast their online ballots. George's Socksacs are under the "Around the House" category.
