Last month, Utah schools were graded according to criteria set by state lawmakers.

This week, the Utah State Office of Education gave its assessment of how schools are doing.

Needless to say, the two evaluations don't always match up. Why do Utah schools face separate scoring methods? Do you think grading schools helps students?
