Former presidential candidate Mitt Romney is returning to the Park city real estate market with the purchase of a mansion in Deer Valley.
The Park Record reports that a house on Silver Lake Drive has been sold to a firm called Deer Valley SR, LLC, which identifies Ann Romney, Mitt Romney's wife, as its manager.
The house and the land it sits on is valued at $3.7 million. Estimated property taxes in 2013 are $33,648.36, according to the Summit County Assessor's Office. The house had been listed for $8.9 million.
The Romneys owned property in Park City from 1995 to 2009.
