How about trading ACA for Citizens United?

My idea to end the government shutdown is pretty simple. I will give you repealing and replacing the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). You have to give me something. You give me repealing and replacing Citizens United (Corporations are people). Never mind both are laws and upheld by the Supreme Court. Quid pro quo, no?
