What do you do when you're out of cash but the bills keep piling up?

If you're this guy in Florida earlier this fall, you get resourceful and pay in pure cocaine.

According to the Daytona Beach News-Journal, the guy walked into the office where people pay their water bills. He didn't say anything as he walked up to the clerk and handed her a jewelry-sized plastic bag of white powder.

Then he left.

Naturally, the white powder scared everyone at the office and they evacuated while hazmat cleared the scene. However, when officials tested the powder, they discovered that it was cocaine, not something really scary like anthrax.

Police say the man wore shorts and a T-shirt and was not familiar to the clerk. And since he didn't leave his name or address, we can only assume his creative bill-paying solution didn't work and his water has been turned off.
