Herbert calls Obama when Lee behind shutdown?

Let me get this straight.

Mike Lee has led the fight to shut down The U.S. government. Mission accomplished!

Now Gov. Gary Herbert is upset because Utah's economy is taking a hit. So, he has decided to write to President Obama! My what a rocky road.
