Utah coach Kyle Whittingham has always been a big believer on the merits of interior play.
Teams can spread things out, teams can have a glitzy passing game, but the key to winning lies on the offensive and defensive lines.
That's why he was so proud of the win over Stanford on Saturday. The Utes were the better team in the trenches and Whittingham wasn't afraid to point that out. Utah's ability to run the ball and stop the run proved to be a lynchpin in one of the biggest upsets this season in college football.
Whittingham addressed that and much more in his media availability on Monday morning. So watch the video and enjoy.
