Mike Lee is one of the few statesmen remaining in the United States government. I'm proud to live in a state represented by a man of principles who puts American freedom and industry ahead of political compromise and back-door deals.

Back in the '70s, before he caught Potomac Fever, Sen. Orrin Hatch would have been standing right next to Sen. Ted Cruz and Sen. Lee in this latest American fight for freedom against government control.

In the 1770s the American Revolution damaged the American economy and made weak-kneed citizens complain and protest, but it created the only free nation in the history of the world.

I hope that Lee and Cruz can inspire Americans to return to the principles that the United States was founded on and we can become again a free and prosperous nation.
