Toy Story of Terror (Wednesday, 7 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4) isn't exactly up to the level of the three "Toy Story" movies. Unless you're a preschooler, it's not going to terrify you.But put that aside and you'll enjoy spending a half hour with some of the characters you fell in love with in the movies. As Disney/Pixar's first TV special begins, Woody (voiced by Tom Hanks), Buzz Lightyear (Tim Allen) and a few of the other toys are in the back seat of the family car with their new owner, Bonnie. She's watching a scary movie on a DVD player. The family and the toys stop at a roadside motel where weird things seem to be happening. It's funny. It's cute. It's a chance to spend time with some old friends and meet some new ones - like Combat Carl (Carl Weathers). The three "Toy Story" movies were sort of big-screen novels. "Toy Story of Terror" is a small-screen short story. And it's fun.
