Park City • An artist, it appears, will be painting Old Town Park City during the Sundance Film Festival.
But it will not be Banksy, the famous graffiti artist who left his mark during Sundance in 2010.
A City Hall panel recently endorsed the idea of allowing an artist to paint a piece on a wall along upper Swede Alley.
