Park City restaurants prep for ski season

Several restaurants in and around Park City will shorten business hours — or close temporarily — now through early December to prepare for the upcoming ski season.

Here are a few of the schedule changes. Check with individual restaurants or the Park City Area Restaurant Association for the most up-to-date information.

Billy Blanco's • Closed Nov. 27 through Dec. 4.

The Bridge Café • Open Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m; Friday and Saturday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Cena Ristorante • Closed now through Dec. 5.

Chimayo: Closed Sundays and Mondays now through Nov. 17; closed Nov. 17 through Dec. 4.

Deer Valley Grocery Café • Open 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily.

Edgar's Beer and Spirit Lounge at Deer Valley Resort • Closed. Reopening Dec. 7.

Fireside Dining at Deer Valley Resort • Closed. Reopening Dec. 14.

Ghidotti's • Closed Nov. 27 – Dec. 4

Grappa: Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays through Nov. 17; closed from Nov. 17 through Dec. 4.

The Mariposa at Deer Valley Resort • Closed. Reopening Dec. 6.

Reefs • Open Wednesday-Saturday at 5:30 p.m.

Royal Street Cafe at Deer Valley Resort • Closed. Reopening for lunch Dec. 13, and dinner Dec. 20.

Seafood Buffet at Deer Valley Resort • Closed. Reopening Dec. 13.

Silver • Open Tuesday-Saturday: 5:30 p.m. to close.

Silver Star Cafe • Open Tuesday-Friday: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday-Sunday: brunch and dinner, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Snow Park Restaurant at Deer Valley Resort • Closed. Reopening Dec. 7.

Sushi Blue • Closed Nov. 27 – Dec. 4

Wahso • Closed Oct. 6 – Dec. 4

Windy Ridge Café • Closed Nov. 27 – Dec. 4; bakery closed Nov. 28-Dec. 3

Zoom • Tuesday-Saturday: 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.
