Fishwest hosting world premiere of "Waypoints" to get Utah's dose of fish porn video started early

Utahns are accustomed to their annual doses of fish porn video in the late winter or spring, but the folks at Fishwest Fly Shop in Sandy are hosting the world premiere of "Waypoints" by Confluence Films Nov. 8. The show will be held at Brewvies in Salt Lake City at 7 p.m. and serve as a fund-raiser for the Utah Stream Access Coalition.
The film was shot around the world with clips from the St. Brandon's Atool in the Indian Ocean, the Patagonia area of Chile, southeast Alaska, India and Venezuela.
Tickets are available for $13 at Fishwest, 47 W. 10600 South.
