When Utahns talk about the Affordable Care Act, one thing is clear: They nearly always have more questions than they have answers.
That's why The Salt Lake Tribune, in collaboration with KCPW 88.3/105.3 FM, last month sponsored a town hall meeting with experts at the Salt Lake City Main Library.
Questions flew during the event, which featured Rep. Jim Dunnigan, R-Taylorsville; Jason Stevenson of the Utah Health Policy Project; insurance broker Celia Nash, Team Nash Insurance; and Nathan Checketts of the Utah Department of Health.
The town hall was broadcast live on KCPW and at sltrib.com. You can listen to an archived version of the discussion here.
Various aspects of the ACA also have been topics of TribTalk video chats moderated by The Tribune's Jennifer Napier-Pearce. Topics include:
• A guide to shopping for insurance under the ACA
• Young invincibles: Will they buy in?
• How the ACA stands to affect small business
