Halloween is all about ghost, goblins — and getting some free food for you and your little goblins.

Here are seven national restaurant chains with Utah locations that are offering free or discounted meals on Thursday, Oct. 31.

Chipotle Mexican Grill • Get a burrito, burrito bowl, salad or order of tacos for $3 when you wear your costume. Offer good from 4 p.m. to close. IHOP • Children 12 and under can get a free Scary Face Pancake from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Longhorn Steakhouse • Get one free kid's meal with the purchase of an adult entree. To receive the required coupon, "Like" Longhorn Steakhouse on Facebook and click "Get Offer." You will be e-mailed your coupon, which you can either show on a mobile device or printed on paper.

Olive Garden • Free kid's meal with an adult entree when you sign up for the e-mail newsletter.

Red Lobster • One free kid's meal with the purchase of an adult entree with coupon. To receive the coupon, "Like" Red Lobster on Facebook and click "Get Offer." You will be e-mailed your coupon, which you can either show on a mobile device or printed on paper.
