Here are seven national restaurant chains with Utah locations that are offering free or discounted meals on Thursday, Oct. 31.

Chipotle Mexican Grill • Get a burrito, burrito bowl, salad or order of tacos for $3 when you wear your costume. Offer good from 4 p.m. to close. Longhorn Steakhouse • Get one free kid's meal with the purchase of an adult entree. To receive the required coupon, "Like" Longhorn Steakhouse on Facebook and click "Get Offer." You will be e-mailed your coupon, which you can either show on a mobile device or printed on paper.

Olive Garden • Free kid's meal with an adult entree when you sign up for the e-mail newsletter.

Red Lobster • One free kid's meal with the purchase of an adult entree with coupon. To receive the coupon, "Like" Red Lobster on Facebook and click "Get Offer." You will be e-mailed your coupon, which you can either show on a mobile device or printed on paper.
