You would think that at 54 — and having spent most of her life in the public eye as an entertainer, talk-show host and doll saleswoman — Marie Osmond wouldn't have any personal information left to divulge.

You would think incorrectly.

The longer-haired half of Donny & Marie appeared on CBS's daytime gabfest "The Talk" on Monday, and told the ladies there that she underwent breast-reduction surgery when she was in her 20s.

"I was like an E cup," Osmond said on the show (according to E! Online). "When I did' Sound of Music,' all they did was talk about the hills were alive! That's all they saw were my boobs."

The surgery wasn't just cosmetic, Osmond said, but to relieve pain in her back.
