Families migrate to Colorado for marijuana miracle • Little Piper Koozer has been suffering with overwhelming seizures her entire short life. Medication has failed. That's when the Koozer family decided to move to Colorado and began giving Piper an oil made from Charlotte's Web, a variety of marijuana that contains low levels of THC, but high levels of CBD. Some claim that children given the oil have seen extreme reductions in their seizures.

Robert Redford praised for his gifts to Utah • Some 500 people, including the Gov. Gary Herbert, gathered at the Grand America Hotel to pay tribute to Robert Redford for his many contributions to the state of Utah.

Tribe seeks new benefits from U. of U. for use of Ute name, logo • Since 1972, the University of Utah has used the Ute name as the school' moniker for sports teams, all for free. Now the Ute tribe wants the U. to give something in return, asking for talks on working out details for a new formal agreement, along with tuition waivers for Ute students attending the university.
