This great state has been saddled with the righteous indignation of John Swallow for the past 11 months, and now it has come to light that most of his electronic devices have magically been purged, the paper trail nowhere to be found. If this happened in my business I would be heading to federal prison for destroying evidence.

In the late 1990s the state built a computer backup storage center in the Sevier County city of Richfield, staffed with a handful of techies, enabling the state systems to have the security of a facility 160 miles southeast of Salt Lake City in case of a catastrophe. Well we have a catastrophe as our attorney general right now!

I would wager a bet that all of the items the special prosecutor is hunting, all of Mr. Swallow's misdeeds and electronic metadata, can be found in the great city of Richfield. It is time to finish this!
