On Friday night, the Utah Jazz played well enough offensively to win a lot of games in the NBA.

Unfortunately, basketball includes playing defense as well.

Utah didn't master that art against the Phoenix Suns, which is why it suffered a 112-101 loss at EnergySolutions Arena.

Despite putting six players in double figures, despite a strong showing from Trey Burke, Utah lost its 15th game in 17 tries.

Markieff Morris led Phoenix - and all scorers - with 23 points. Point guard Goran Dragic scored 19 points and had nine assists. Miles Plumlee had 15 points and 10 rebounds.

Friday night marked the return of former Jazz player and assistant coach Jeff Hornacek, who is a first year head coach with the Suns.
