Andre Dyson played on the biggest stage as a professional.

The former University of Utah Ute played cornerback for the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XL, where they fell to the Pittsburgh Steelers 21-10.

Now he's returning to one of the key stops along his road to the NFL.

Two sources confirmed that Dyson has been hired as the football coach at Clearfield High School, his alma mater.

Dyson spent this season as the defensive coordinator at Weber High, which snapped a 23-game losing streak to start the season and finished 5-5. Clearfield went 2-8, including 0-6 in Region 6, this season.

Dyson was an assistant coach at Weber State before his season at Weber High.

Dyson, the younger brother of former NFL receiver Kevin Dyson, played seven seasons in the NFL from 2001 to 2007. He finished with 22 interceptions, four forced fumbles and 317 tackles. He played for the Jets, Seahawks and Titans.
