It is sad to watch other nations excel in space. India has just launched a probe to Mars. China has launched a probe to the moon, and the United States, once the leader in space exploration, cannot even send its own astronauts to the International Space Station.

The United States landed men on the moon in 1969 and then took a giant step backward to our present sad level of accomplishment. It is time for the United States to again commit to the same dreams that John F. Kennedy outlined for our nation. To reach as far as we can and bring pride back to our country.
