Letter: Maybe NSA could help cellphone owners find the darn things

As the NSA is tracking 5 billion cellphones "for the public good," perhaps it can offer a public hotline for locating them.

"Look under the blue couch in your TV room; you lost it last night while watching the late news," would at least be a public service we can use and produce trackable results.
