The Utah baseball team will have at least eight games televised by the Pac-12 Networks this season, the conference announced Wednesday.
Utah's first Pac-12 Networks game of the season will be a non-conference game against in-state rival BYU on Tuesday, March 25, at 7:00 p.m. MT. It is the first of two games against the Cougars that will be televised, with the second coming on Tuesday, May 13, at 7:00 p.m. MT.
Two of three games against defending NCAA Champion UCLA will be televised from Spring Mobile Ballpark. The Utes host the Bruins on the network on Thursday, April 17 (4:00 p.m. PT/5:00 p.m. MT) and Friday, April 18 (4:00 p.m. PT/5:00 p.m. MT).
Four away games are on the television slate. Two games at California will be televised on the regional network on Saturday, March 29 (7:00 p.m. PT/8:00 p.m. MT) and Sunday, March 30 (12:00 p.m. PT/1:00 p.m. MT). The network will also televise two games at Washington State on Saturday, May 10 (4:00 p.m. PT/5:00 p.m. MT) and Sunday, May 11 (12:00 p.m. PT/1:00 p.m. MT).
Utah's three-game series against Stanford from May 23-25 in Salt Lake City is also listed tentatively on the Pac-12 Network schedule, but may change depending on postseason play for spring sports around the conference.
In addition to its appearances on the Pac-12 Network, the BYUtv is scheduled to air Utah's game against BYU in Provo on Tuesday, May 6 (6:00 p.m. MT).
Utah opens its 2014 season at Sacramento State on Friday, Feb. 14, 2014.
