With gerrymandering dividing up Salt Lake City, and Rep. Jim Matheson not running again ("Utah's Rep. Jim Matheson says he won't run again in '14," Tribune, Dec. 17) instead of 3½ Republicans in the House we will have four after the election of 2014.
