Utah overcame a sluggish offense outing to defeat Texas State 69-50 on Thursday night at the Huntsman Center.
Brandon Taylor scored a game-high 18 points, and Jordan Loveridge had 14 points and 10 rebounds, his fifth double-double of the season.
Utah put the game away midway through the second-half with a 17-4 run. The spurt turned a 38-34 lead into a sizable advantage. Utah improves to 10-1 on the season
