Car vs. TRAX crash causes minor commuter delays

A Friday afternoon collision between a car and a TRAX train was causing minor delays for light rail commuters in downtown Salt Lake City.
Utah Transit Authority reported the incident, on the tracks near South Temple and West Temple, about 12:45 p.m.
No injuries to either the driver of the car or passengers or crew on the Green Line train were reported.
The scene had been cleared by 1 p.m. and normal TRAX scheduled travel through the area resumed, UTA said.
