This is what it was like to watch Utah's first full day of same-sex marriage

I spent the day at the Salt Lake County Clerk's Office, watching and documenting the rush of same-sex marriages made possible by a recent court ruling. I wrote a story about the day, but the gallery above is a compilation of tweets — mostly mine, but also from some of my colleagues at the Tribune — about what happened.

The gallery also (more or less) only covers Salt Lake County. There was a lot going on all over the state, but in an effort to keep this gallery manageable in size, I just focused on what I personally covered. Enjoy.
