The gun business must be booming in Utah County.
That's why sponsors of the Utah Valley Gun Show added an additional day to its show this weekend.
The event at the Utah Valley Convention in Center in Provo opens Friday from 4 to 8 p.m., continues Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and ends Sunday with hours from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Organizers said strong attendance at the first ever Utah Valley Gun Show in July encouraged them to add a third day to the event.
Tickets are $8 for a one-day pass and $12 for a two-day pass, with children 12 and under admitted free with an adult. For information, log on to www.utahvalleyguns.com.
The event is being produced by Provo native Jason Baum, owner of Season's Marketing, in cooperation with Global Spectrum and The Daily Herald. Vendors from across the state and region will show guns and assorted gear at the event.
