Letter: What about 'will of the people' on gun laws?

To all who are complaining that the will of the people is being trampled on by allowing same-sex marriage:

Just where the heck were you when 90 percent of Americans wanted background checks for gun purchases, but Congress refused to pass such a law?

Ninety percent!

It seems that what the people want only matters to you when it's something you like.

That, my friends, is total hypocrisy, and that makes you total hypocrites.
