Trib Talk: Reaction to the gay marriage stay

Correction: During Monday's TribTalk, reporter Brooke Adams said that the decision granting the state's stay was unanimous. It takes at least five votes from the court to grant a stay but the order issued Monday does not indicate how the justices voted or whether it was unanimous or split decision.

LGBT couples looking to get married today in Utah will have to wait. This morning, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a temporary stay on U.S. District Judge Robert Shelby's earlier opinion that ruled Utah's Amendment 3 unconstitutional.

On Monday at 12:15 p.m., we'll get reaction from Utah Democratic Party chairman and state senator Jim Dabakis and former congressional candidate Cherilyn Eagar.
