Gay marriage in Utah is put on hold, creating legal limbo for the thousand gay couples who legally wed after a federal judge ruled Amendment 3 unconstitutional. Salt Lake City's mayor outlines his strategy for cleaning up air pollution. And the fight for a taxpayer-funded convention center hotel downtown returns.
