In late December, The Salt Lake Tribune asked readers to help shape our coverage of Utah's air quality and you responded in force.

We've received dozens of emails with reader questions, proposed solutions and stories of how seasonal pollution affects Utahns' health and quality of life.

Reporters Brian Maffly, Kirsten Stewart, Brooke Adams, Jennifer Napier-Pearce and Tony Semerad are incorporating your input as they work on a series of stories that will publish at sltrib.com and in the print edition Jan. 26-28.

That series will advance a town hall meeting at 7 p.m. Jan. 29 in the auditorium at the Salt Lake City Main Library, 210 E. 400 South, during which a panel of experts will address your questions.

Our town hall partner KCPW 88.3/105.3 FM will broadcast the event live. Napier-Pearce will be the moderator.

We've created a Facebook event page about the town hall that includes more information. Check it out, let us know if you're coming and invite others to join in as well.

Meanwhile you can follow our team's complete coverage here.

Also, please keep your questions, suggestions and stories coming by sending emails to utairquality@sltrib.com.
