Gordon Hayward, the Utah Jazz's leading scorer, did not participate in Monday morning's shootaround at EnergySolutions Arena.

Hayward's availability against the Denver Nuggets will be a game-time decision Monday, according to team spokesman Jonathan Rinehart.

Utah's starting power forward, Marvin Williams, also is questionable. He is sick and left the shootaround to see a doctor.

Hayward was injured late in last week's 112-101 win over Oklahoma City. He scored a career-high 37 points, including the Jazz's final 17, in that game.

Hayward, who averages 17.1 points a game, did not play in Friday night's 113-102 loss to Cleveland, which won only its third road game of the season.

The Cavs' 113 points were the fifth-most allowed by Utah this season.

If Hayward can't play, Alec Burks is expected to come off the bench and start. In that role against Cleveland, he finished with 16 points, five rebounds and two assists. —
