Letter: Why do charter buses idle for hours?

As a citizen of Salt Lake City and our polluted valley, I would like an explanation from those who run the charter bus companies.

What reason can you possibly have for allowing your buses to sit with engines idling for hours?

I think we are all very interested in your answer.
