Son of Colorado Sen. Udall faces drug, trespassing charges

Denver • The Boulder County Sheriff's office says it has arrested the son of U.S. Sen. Mark Udall of Colorado on drug and trespassing charges.

According to the sheriff's arrest log, Jedediah Lee Fox-Udall, 26, was arrested Wednesday and charged with possession of drugs and four counts of trespassing.

Sen. Udall and his wife issued a statement saying they were distressed to learn of his arrest and asked for privacy to deal with it as a family. They said they love their son and "stand with him in his commitment to getting the treatment he needs."

No further details were immediately available.
