According to the League of American Cyclists, Utah is one of the nation's more bike-friendly states, but collisions between cars and cyclists are commonplace here, and urban planners say designated lanes don't always solve the problem.

On Tuesday at 12:15 p.m., Salt Lake City's bicycle coordinator Becka Roolf and Salt Lake City Bicycle Collective director David Davis join Jennifer Napier-Pearce to talk about sharing the road with bikes and how street design can save lives.
