College basketball: Weber State to play in 2014 Paradise Jam in St. Thomas

Ogden • Weber State will play in the 2014 Paradise Jam in the U.S. Virgin Islands, the school announced Monday.

The eight-team tournament will be played Nov. 21-24 on the island of St. Thomas.

Other teams in the field include Clemson, LSU, Seton Hall, Nevada, Illinois State, Old Dominion and Gardner-Webb.

"We're excited and looking forward to [it]," said Weber State coach Randy Rahe. "This will be a great opportunity for our team to play in a high-level tournament against some outstanding competition."
