Letter: What other groups would demand right to marry?

A quote in the paper regarding Attorney General Sean Reyes joining other A.G.s to fight gay marriage really got me to thinking ("Reyes joins other A.G.s to fight gay marriage," Tribune, Jan. 31). The quote is: "Once 'natural limits' are gone, it follows that any group of adults would have an equal claim to marriage."

Can someone tell me what other groups warrant fighting gay marriage as a buffer against those other groups? Polygamists? Nope, not based on the lack of response to the recent ruling favoring polygamy.

Goblin-toppling scouts? Bowlers? Cyclists? Narrow-minded, self-righteous people? Please help me out here.
