Utah State football hasn't lacked for Signing Day surprises only a few hours into Monday.

The Aggies have added a handful of previously unreported signees, rounding out their class for arguably one of the biggest recruiting hauls in program history.

The biggest announcement was Beaumont (Texas) running back Justen Hervey, who the Aggies felt would commit to Utah State at the last minute. The ESPN three-star recruit repaid their faith, signing with Utah State early on Wednesday morning. He had several offers, and also strongly considered Fresno State and Houston.

Utah State also got a letter of intent from Edmund Faimalo, a defensive lineman from Riverside City College. A two star recruit according to 247 Sports, he was at one time considered a Boise State commit, but ended up going with the Aggies. He also had an offer from Cincinnati.

Another local ended up signing with Utah State, Logan offensive tackle Logan Rice. He was a stalwart for the Grizzlies this year.
