Ogden • Weber State sophomore forward Joel Bolomboy has been named the Big Sky Conference co-Player of the Week, the league announced Monday afternoon.

Bolomboy averaged 16 points and 11.5 rebounds in wins over North Dakota and Northern Colorado. The victories enabled the first-place Wildcats to build a three-game lead in the Big Sky standings.

Bolomboy, who is from Fort Worth, Texas, shared the first weekly honor of his career with Montana's Kareem Jamar.
