Alt-pop band Neon Trees are going on a big tour this summer — with a stop in the middle in their home state of Utah.

The band, which originally hails from Provo, kicks off its tour May 12 at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville — and will end in Washington, D.C., on July 13.

The foursome arrives in Salt Lake City on June 16, for a show at The Complex.

Neon Trees will be supporting its new album, "Pop Psychology," which will be released April 22. They, of course, will also play their previous hits, like "Animal" and "Everybody Talks."

Smallpools and Nightmare and the Cat will be opening acts on the tour. Ticket information is still to be announced.
