On Monday, March 10, Utah Congressman Chris Stewart posted on his Facebook page:

"…UT's unemployment rate just hit a new low…" and gloats that "…the federal government could learn a lesson or two from [Utah's] example…"

Is it smart to taunt the federal government about your state's low unemployment rate when the federal government is your state's largest employer? Isn't that basically the dog biting the hand that feeds it?

Yes, 2nd District of Utah, that's your U.S. congressional representative.
