This weekend on TV: Newly renewed 'Good Wife' is great stuff

The Good Wife (Sunday, 8 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2) has been renewed for next season. Which is fantastic news. And we weren't altogether certain that would happen until CBS made the announcement earlier this week.

In Sunday's episode, Cary and Alicia try to align with a powerful lawyer (Jill Hennessy). And, more importantly, the investigation into the voter fraud in Peter's election heats up.

This is huge. And it's soooooo crazy because (a) the phony ballots did not affect the outcome of the elections, and (b) all the people who are in trouble - Peter, Alicia, Will, Eli - none of them actually did anything wrong.
