Bribery, evidence tampering and official misconduct are among the charges former Utah Attorney General John Swallow could face, according to a 214-page report released by House investigators last week.
After interviewing 165 people and reviewing thousands of documents, the Utah House Special Investigative Committee concluded Swallow gave favors and special treatment in exchange for money.
On Monday at 12:15 p.m., Rep. Jim Dunnigan and Tribune justice reporter Marissa Lang join Jennifer Napier-Pearce to discuss the report and what prosecutors could do with the information.
