The two teenagers who were flown to the hospital after an ATV rollover seem to be recovering.
A 13-year-old boy and 14-year-old girl were flown to Primary Children's Hospital after their ATV rolled Friday afternoon in the Morgan County township of Enterprise. The boy had suffered severe head injuries and the girl was seriously hurt.
By Saturday evening, the girl was reportedly doing well and the boy, after having undergone surgery, had regained consciousness and was "doing better than they had expected," said Morgan County sheriff's Sgt. Scott Peay.
Two other teens, another 13-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl, were on the same ATV when it rolled. They had been taken to McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden with non-life-threatening injuries, Peay said Saturday.
No one was wearing helmets, Peay had said at the time of the crash.
