With a 4-1 win Saturday night in Stockton, Calif., the Utah Grizzlies (30-21-3-5) hit their win total from last season, and they still have 12 games to go.

Utah rookie Andrew O'Brien, a prospect for the Grizzlies-affiliated Anaheim Ducks, scored his first pro goal — a cannon from the high slot — with three minutes to go in the first period on assists from David Vallorani and Vinny Scarsella.

The Grizzlies made it 2-0 with a minute to play in the second period when Vallorani scored his 21st goal of the season, assisted by Michael Pelech and Mathieu Aubin.

Utah then poured it on five minutes into the third, scoring twice in an 18-second span. Aubin scored on a Pelech pass for his 13th goal of the season. Vallorani then netted No. 22 of the year with assists from Martin Lee and Michael Folkes.

Stockton scored a short-handed goal with less than nine minutes to go to make it 4-1.

The Grizzlies went 2-for-4 on the power-play and 4-for-4 on the penalty kill against the top-ranked power-play of the Stockton Thunder (28-23-0-6).

Grizzlies goalie Igor Bobkov improved to 13-6-2-2 by stopping 18 of 19 shots.
