Letter: If ACA were called Romneycare, Utah would embrace it

It is my guess that if we changed not a word of content in the ACA, but simply changed the author and name from Obamacare to Romneycare, we would find Utah politicians had zero problem instituting the associated Medicaid program for the poor.
If I am correct, what does that say about our local leaders and their political vs. social priorities?
