A Unified Police Department SWAT team forced entry into a Taylorsville condominium unit Thursday, allegedly finding evidence of a drug-distribution and identity theft operation.

UPD said its officers went through the unit's attached garage and then into the home Meadowbrook Condominium Village near 4300 S. and 1200 West. The raid reportedly took place about 2:30 a.m. Thursday.

Inside, officers said they found unspecified amounts if methamphetamine and heroin, along with evidence of document fraud.

A 31-year-old woman living in the unit was arrested without incident and booked into Salt Lake County Jail on suspicion of third-degree felony possession of a control substance and class B misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Court records showed that a warrant for the woman's arrest, relating to a January drug possession case, had been issued on Tuesday.
